Marshfield Cricket Club has a thriving youth section, which aims to
develop cricket skills in a fun & friendly atmosphere, with
approximately 100 juniors aged 8 to 17, from the village and surrounding
area.
They are divided into squads according to age:
U9 Introduced to cricket by playing Kwik Cricket and also
have the opportunity to play in several Sunday morning
festivals at local clubs. Children are then introduced to hard ball cricket as they move up to
U11.
